looking for 'Corvair' re 12/20/03 posting about Camry

You posted some good info on 12/20/03 on the Camry forum about rear warning light on dashboard - sayng that it apparently mattered if rear bulbs bases were brass based or 'silver.' On my 93, I now have a combination of both types, and have the dashboard problem. What would you suggest is the best type to eliminate the problem. I really don't know what the originals were.

Thanks,

I'm not sure what was posted, but the important thing is that both bulbs are the same as the bulb failure module looks for a difference in resistance.Try replacing all of the bulbs with the same kind. It's also a good idea to use a dielectric grease in the connections.(Available at any auto-parts store).
