Power Locks don't work - 99 Neon

Hey gang,

I'm a newbie to the group... Just bought my son a 99 Neon with 44,000 miles on it. It's a 2 door model, with power locks, windows and moonroof. Everything works fine, except for the locks. The keyless entry doesn't work, nor do the lock switches in the door. Checked the obvious (fuse is GOOD!).... where do I look next? Is there a module under the hood that might be causing both of these to not work?
