97 PA will not start bad (?)

I own a 97 park avenue, i use it as my highway vehical and not around town, hokay so i havent started it for about 2-3 weeks now and now she wont even start, does not even hold a charge. When i am tring to jump it it just make a click click click noise like it wants to start but doesent. The battery is a brand new everstart form the ol wollyworld with 1000 CCA. Any ideas if its a short? or just sit to long.
