98 grand am TCC seloniod location please help

I know that the tcc seloniod is bad from what i have read here in the forums. And i talked to a trans mechanic and he said the same thing.

Can someone tell me where it is located and how hard it is to replace?

It's a 98 grand am se with a 2.4L if that helps

If I remember correctly, it's under a cover right by the frame rail, it is a pain in the ass to change, you have to drop the engine and trans. assembly down to get to it.
