Under $20,000???

Alrighty, I'm gettin' a new car. The problem is, what? So many conflicts and my parents want one with a warranty too (graduation present and all so they're buying, intially). Anyhow, what's good for under 20 grand or cheaper and having a total of 15 grand for it (that includes the cost of the car). I know my cars rather well, but technically, not too much such as mechanics, so like 300ZX tuning is out of the question...maybe. So, any info would be nice, thanks y'all.

Oh, I know SRT-4 will come up, but the whole turbo manifold thing being with the turbo so when one upgrads, you have to upgrade all and...yeah.., that's my one problem but also,it's right at 20 grand so...thanks again.

Hmm con them into a WRX, you should be able to pick one up cheap. They are decently fast nice lookin' (atleast the bugeyed ones were), AWD extremely reliable and good in the snow. Plus they are a really fun car.
