Drill Bit Sizes

What would be the best size/brand drill bit I could buy to drill out the holes in the Tamiya Enzo Brakes?

0.4mm (+/- .01) drill bit. any brand is fine. Grab a few, cause they snap like tooth picks.

I think he meant a range from 0.3 to 0.5... I don't think a difference between 0.39 and 0.41 would be noticeable, even more on plactic! lol!
