92 tempo door locks

A month ago I bought my wife this 92 tempo. I am having problems trying to figure out why the power switch only works from the driver side and passenger side but they only work on the drivers door. I can't even push the lock down because it seems like they are jamed. Is this mechanical or electrical. I have another post regarding the horn, still haven't figured out that one yet either.

you'll have to take the door pannel off and see whats going on. could be stuck motor/linkage. pop of the actuator and see it it'll lock.
