Neons

Ok i know this thread has been repeated over and over again and i have read every possible thread on installing neons inside your car and i have done everything you guys have said but they still dont work. I have four neons i bought from circuit city they worked perfectly wheni had them attached to the cigarette lighter switch i brought . i got tired of the ghettoness and i bought a switch and the switch is a three prong it has battery, accesories, and ground. i have the battery straight to the battery with an inline fuse. the positive of the lights to the accesory side. and teh negative tot he ground prong. they still wont work . the neons work and eveyrthign cause i tested them and i have yet no idea what to do. i have been at this for two weeks already and have tried almost every possible method out there . any ideas

You said you ran the negative side of the light wires to the ground of the switch...you should have run those wires to a bolt or something to hold them to metal of the car (IE: the bolts that hold your seats down) so that they will ground to the car. Then, you should have run a wire from the switch's ground to the car in the same fashion. I don't guess it would hurt to take it like you have it and run another wire from the switch's ground to the car as I described above. HTH
