reversing beep

Hi all

Bought a gts25t and put on > couple of hundred Klms in 24 hours. Very nice car, most content.

The only issue I have at present is the beeping which occurs as you reverse. As my interest grows in learning about the mechanics of it, I wonder how easy it is to disable this *feature* ?

I would also be interested in finding out where one can obtain the handbook for the car (order over net, download over net, ask local nissan dealer ? etc) with the detailed info about the car. It was no prob reading the manual that comes with the car well after I had driven it as I did not learn much at all.

Well you must have a R33 automatic skyline, i have a silvia and i don't know if they are the same (most likley to be the same) but there is a module on the brake pedal braket up under the dash, it is easy to get to so just pull the plug out and no more beep. Hope this works for you.:flash:
