that's why i love my stang... it's 18 years old and looks like it... nobody wants to steal it. and even if they wanted do, they couldn't cuz A, it has a bad battery and B, the transmission is broken and comes out later today.
i swear to god, when that car is built/restored/painted i'm gonna be so damn paranoid about it... cuz when that happens people WILL want it. sorry for your loss tatII, hope everything works out for ya. oh yeah... and if chicks dig Nissans, why are you getting a Toyota?

to be honest with you, i do feel like i am betraying my nissan roots. but i just don't feel like building from a 17 second car anymore. i would have to spend another 2 years just to get it to where i was before it got stolen. i want something that has turbo from the get go, so i can get to the 13's in a breeze and then hit 12's. so the only 2 candidates that i can find for my budget, its a MR3 MR2 turbo ( if i can find one ) and a DSM. but since i'm not a fan of DSM's that only leaves me with the MR2

300ZXTT's can be had in AZ for as low as 4K, as long as you can deal with 90K to 100K mileage.

tat that's exactly what im doing. you can find an sr-swapped 240 with intake/exhaust that runs about a flat 14.0 for around 5k. then another grand and you're back into the 12s...
just a thought. and get an s13, s14's don't look like racecars  they are cheaper too

My condolences. I've been there. I'm glad I had full coverage, though.
When my car was stolen, it was found stripped the next day, but the cops managed to catch the guys that did it. I just got subpoenaed to appear as a witness in their criminal trial. I hope they go to JAIL! So... I hope they catch the guys that stole yours, too...

well in queens the people are proffessional car theives. so those guys won't be caught. and i would get a SR in a 240 again but the problem was that i can't pass smog test in connecticut which is where my car would be registered because my parents live there and the insurance is cheaper there then nyc.
