my prelude is idling at 7000 rpm

yes my lude is ilding at 7000 rpm. i have changed the ecu, fast idle control, idle valve ass. is there anyone who can help??

check the throttle assembly. it could be stuck open.... somehow. that's messed up.

I'd say check the throttle. There's a good chance its stuck right there.
Good thing preludes have a high redline.....

hey i did some research on your problem. most likely the throttle is not stuck, but leaking, via crack or not sealed. it was a problem with some other cars in the past. that leak causes it to redline very fast.

just have your car dynotuned, whoever does it will fix it and probably tune it up better than it was before. thats what i'd do, and i 'd do it before my motor blew up. peace.
