Go to www.thedodgegarage.com. Gary Donovan there has probably blown more turbos than he has fingers, so I'm sure you'll find the info you need on his site.

just in case you didn't see the link, or if it didn't have the info (Yea right

You probably have the same engine as my 92 Spirit 4D- a 2.5L mitsubishi I4. mine is N/A and generates approximately 101hp. You have an uptuned model with the turbo, making about 150hp.

assuming all of the above is true, i would suggest an intercooler, a T3/T4 turbo with a boost controller, i/h/e of course. you're going to need to upgrade your clutch probably, and if you have ~100k on the odometer, i'd suggest refreshing the engine.

OR...

you could find a 91-93 Dodge Spirit R/T, which is a 4D mom-mobile that'll blow the doors off of a lot of stuff out there

The first place you need to go is Donovan's Dodge Garage. The second place you need to go to is The Turbo Dodge Forums and register. Those two places will teach you everything you need to know about our type of cars.

For your car I would forget this I/H/E. I am glad that you asked about injectors because the ones you have won't work to well for 200HP. You will want to at least get some injectors from a Turbo II car. You will also want to get the T03 turbo from the Turbo II car along with the intercooler, radiator, intake, and all the necessary plumbing. You would be doing a Turbo II conversion and there are detailed instructions at The Dodge Garage. After you do that I would suggest leaving the intake stock because the weakness in your restrictive exhaust. I would buy a ported and ceramic coated Turbo II exhaust manifold from Forward Motion or FWD Performance. Then I take out the old exhaust and replace it with a full 3" mandrel bent exhaust from the turbo all the way back. Then have the car tuned on a dyno and I bet you will easily be putting over 200HP to the wheels.

Also, I would suggest against using parts from the Turbo III. Those heads loved to snap timing belts and were known for having valve springs that were too stiff.

On a side note, you can drop a Turbo II or a Turbo III in your car and it will bolt right in. The blocks are the same as your Turbo I.
