Post 1987 Labaron Turbo Coupe Brake Problems

I've been working on a 1987 Labaron Turbo Coupe off and on for the last year. Slowly getting it back together. Problem is I can't get the brakes to work.

Pedal goes to the floor. I've replaced everything (new master cylinder, new brake hoses, new calibers, new wheel cylinders, new booster).
At first the pedal went to the floor and couldn't get the right rear to work after pumping the pedal. Extending the pushrod in the booster and was able to get some pedal but still goes to the floor but I get brakes on all four wheels. I've isolated the front brakes by placing a vise grip on the brake hose and now have extremely hard pedal. If I block off the rear brakes only, no change the brake goes to the floor. Blocking one front brake gets pedal. No blocking of front wheels, pedal goes to the floor.

Seems it's in the calibers somehow. Any ideas what to look at next.

Thanks,

chiefretired
