which gives u a smoother ride: shocks or coilovers?
tyring to find the right suspension for my integra...which will give me a smoother ride: shocks and springs or coilovers?

Shocks will smooth out your ride. Coilovers will make your ride stiffer.

True coilovers if adjusted properly with be much smoother than lowering springs & aftermarket struts.
