Arcade Stage was never and probably will never be avaliable for PC. If you want the Arcade game itself... try http://www.coinopexpress.com/
And if you're talking about the POS known as Mountain Vengeance... Nah, I'll probably get banned

Now, am I really that bad?
 Seriously though, Jeff is right. There is no PC version of the Initial D arcade game, and I'm not sure if the Initial D game coming to PS2 is a port of the arcade game or not.

You mean Initial D: Special Stage?
That has been out for quite a while now, and it is extremely similar to Arcade Stage ver2 but with a ton more features (such as better animated cutscenes, you also have goals for each race, its not just pass and win, and a car gallery), but the cars are the same as from Ver2
