2000 dakota, how to adjust bands in transmittion?

hi, its time once again to change the trans fluid in my dakota, and while i have the trans pan off i want to adjust the bands in there, but niether haynes nor chiltons has a repair manual for a 2000+ dakota their manuals only cover up to 99. can anyone give me a quick write up on whats involved? and what specs i need? thanks.
