My 240 wont start

I have a 1992 240sx. I was giving it a tune up and me not being the brightest on Nissans pulled out the shaft connected to the rotor. I put it back in now it wont start. It sounds like Its now sparking right or maybe the timing. When I go to start it it starts to turn over then it bogs down then tries to turn over again. Please Help Me!!!!
