97 Park Av. Ultra noise when turning.

I have a weird noise when I turn right in my Park Av. It sounds like a pulley rubbing up against a car body. Pretty loud and annoying. At first I have thought that it might be low on power steering fluid and air gets in rack and pinion but its not the case. Next I have checked tire, hub, shaft, brake and they all seem fine. Now, when I drive with the car warmed up, its enough to put a little tention on the steering wheel to hear the noise. After playing around I have realized that it is enough to lift the car from right side on two jacks to hear the noise which means taht something in either motor or trans is rubbing. The frequency of rub/noise is the same as engine rpms. Would that be one of supercharger screws? or torque converter rubing on bell housing? I know its nothing in engine block because I have replaced the engine recently and the noise is still there.

If anyone had the same problem, please shed some light

regards, Bart.

I forgot to ask, can I take off the belt from supercharger and drive it to check if its not the supercharger that makes that noise?

regards, Bart.
