back seat and E break

Hi,

Just got a 97 Wrangler, but I have a couple of things that need to be fixed. The last owner took out the carpet and when they put the back seat back into the jeep they lost the bolts that hold it in place. Now the seat is very unstable. It looks like there is a bracket or something that holds it down to the floorboard in the front part of the back seat. Any ideas? Any good suggestions how to fix it?

Also my Emergency break light is not coming on. It was noticed when I went to have in inspected. Has anyone else had this problem?

Anyway any advice would be greatly appreciated.
