Serverl Electrical Problems 1991 Park Ave 98,000miles

hello, thanks for reading my thread, ok the first problem is my trunk pull down doesnt work at all, i first thought it was the motor so i bought one on eBay but that wasnt it both motors work fine after i jumped them with a 12 volt power supply...so im thinking somewhere some wire is fraid or shorting somewhere anyone know what fuses are linked to it? one other problem is my horn doesnt work the fuse are all good, but the wierd this is if i hit the horn button the light on my dashboard "trunk lid ajar" comes on im totally stumped on that too...my last problem is my headlight work good (most of the time) but sometimes the light go out for a couple seconds and turn back on...i think it is a short or the lighting control moduale? THE circuit breaker that feeds everything gets RED hot with the lights on so im not too sure what could be wrong thank you for helping me
