Its for a turbo application
with a misfiring system you reduce the amount of turbo lag. say when your racing on a course and you enter a curve, it misfires so the turbine will spin so you have power coming out of the curve.

i see , it helps keep the turbo spooled up during low rpm applications and offers a power on demand driving style where rpm build up would normally be necessary.
i'll have to check in to that and let you know. my good buddy 94accord1g has a turbo off an older vehicle that we are working on desighinga manifold for and trying to figure out what goodies we plan to incorperate with it.
