Panic siren and alarm keep crossing please help!!!

I had a aftermarket shop put an alarm into my 97 Accord SE and it keeps crossing with my factory panic alarm. I've been stuck out side the grocery store, mall, and school on different occasions because I only carried my alarm key pad and I needed my origional key pad to shut off my panic button. I also couldn't start my car until I got my other key pad, everytime I tried my panic alarm went off. EVERYTIME I take my car back to the shop they tell me they fixed the problem but after 6 different tries everytime someone locks my doors from inside before they exit the car my panic alarm goes off when I unlock it with my new alarm key pad. Can anyone help me? The last time I left the shop my alarm kept activating and going off as I drove down the street. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

I am not sure what they could have done wrong. These Hondas are one of the easiest cars to ever do. All they have to do is give a (-) pulse to the red/blue disarm wire. Either way, you should be able to disarm your car alarm by using the key in either front door. You should test this at home so you are not under pressure to get the car unlocked.
