240 would win out with acceleration but has no top end as stated before. The Maxima has better top end. I'd have to say it would be faily even, tho it is a strange comparison.

its rear wheel drive, but maxima has wayyyyy more torque and would win, bad idea comparing same brand though =P my mistake

i have a 240sx 95' stock just an intake and i had run agains some
maxima so i kick them ass

is true the top end of the 240 is poor but you sais in a drag not in a race so the top end doesnt mater
