Old school CR-X

This is actually a rebuild. The cr-x was originally yellow, and it was never finished. I did the chassis and the interior, but once I painted the body, I stopped. That was about 4 or 5 years ago. So the other month, I decided to finish it up. I stripped the paint by soaking it in brake fluid. I think I let it set in there too long. when I took it out I noticed a crack right down the middle of the roof, and half of the hood. So all I did was crazy glue the crack, and prepped it to paint. The finish came out way better than the original. Then I just finished the lights, and trim. The suspension was lowered a little, and the wheels are from the Hasegawa civic hatchback. I'll try and see if I can find a picture of it when it was still yellow.

My first attempt to scratch build. I used sheet styrene to fabricate the sub box, and the amps are from an old Orion funny car. I forgot what brand the sub are, but they are not the pegasus ones.

Re: Old school CR-X

That's one of the best crxs that I've seen lately. Simple, subtle and just beautiful.

Thanks for all the comments. I found a picture of what it used to look like, but it is kinda small. Anyway, you can see it in the top left corner. It is behind the black chevy truck.
