Military program for soldiers to buy cars?
My son is scheduled to return from Iraq in March. Having saved his entire paycheck for the last 12mo, he wants to put down a big downpayment on a Subaru WRX STI. (He hasn't seen the insurance rates yet.)
A Viet Nam vet told me that soldiers then could buy cars thru some military program and have them ready when they got home. Anybody know if such a program is around today?
