87 MR2 worth it?

I found a 87 MR2 for sale around my area and i was wondering if its worth buying.. new paintjob, nv seen winter, and 96k on it thats all they tell me...they want 2900 for it but i went on kbb and it was likw 1,030. This car worth it. Is there ne thingout there for them?

I hope to get that lucky.. a guy on ontario forums got a two from some lady for 100 bux LOL sold in thousands for parts... haha lucky bastard
