fuel pump relay
Does anyone know how to bypass the fuel pump relay to see if the fuel pump itself is bad or the relay? I really dont want to replace the fuel pump if not bad.

Re: fuel pump relay
i think what angel is saying is in the engine compartment on the drivers side there are some relays, i can't remember which one it is of hand. To jump the relay here's what you do....first off there are four wires going to it 1)black to ground 2) power in 3) power out to pump 4) and a signal wire from the computer (green i think) what you want to do is jump power from the power in - to the power out, seems dumb to say i know but you have to figure out which wire is which, i don't know the color code off hand, process of elimination is a great thing to do. Get out your test light and see which is which. hope that helped some.
