there are so many variables with weight, what kind of mods that have been done and what car it is in and what the car is going to be used for, ie drag, street etc. that the ideal enginc changes from car to car so choosing one is kinda inpossible unless details for what is will be used in and for are given

Ah ya, you can't forget Paul Walker. He'll add like 200VHP just sitting there next to you riding shotgun. well, technically yes, but the 2 engines would power 2 separate drive shafts, I dunno just a crazy idea i had one day
