Re: help

FD is the designation for the 3rd generation (and last) RX7.

FB = 1st
FC = 2nd

As for the body kits and neon crap, I have no idea what someone pays for that.

Engine mods = massive money for any generation RX7

Re: help

lets say the car will cost you $15,000 just as a base number. intercoolers are usually $700 or more, new turbo would be about $1000 plus. then you've got the installation of the two unless you know how to do it yourself, but turbos aren't exactly bolt on mods so I kinda figure you don't so your gonna have to pay labor on that. full exhaust about $700, headers and downpipe together will be between $300-$500 I would assume, you'll probably want to rebuild the engine which could cost anywhere from about $1300 to about $3000, also you'll probably want to port it... I don't know the costs of this really... someone else can probably fill you in there. your gonna want a BOV(don't know prices on these), new oil lines and fuel lines which will be a couple hundred bucks, new fuel pump will be about $200-$300, A/F controller will be a couple hundred bucks as well. theres just a ton of stuff an I don't feel like going through any more engine crap for something I think will not be a track car, or maybe never even happen

but incase you care, suspension wise you would probably want coilovers which would run you about $1500, or shocks and springs for about $800 or so. and wheels and tires could vary a lot so you'll have to look that up yourself

neons are cheap(not to mention gay)

body kits are expensive, especially big name companies like c-west... I would guess your looking at a price of $800 atleast, maybe more, couldn't really tell ya

Re: help

fd w/ blown engine: $6-9,000
engine rebuild: $2000
single turbo conversion (incl. parts you listed): $10,000
body kit: $2-4000
cf hood: $1500-2500
various fixes: easily $1000 per year
it takes a lot of time and money to do what you want to do with your car.
