rear hatch window on 2000 denali leaking/wind noise

On my denali the rear hatch window appears not to be sealing properely. There is a wind noise while driving and my carpet in the left rear cargo area seems to get wet after rain, carwashes etc. I have already had the dealer look at the problem before my warranty ran out on the vehicle and they replaced the rear window seal. Now that I am out of warranty and 30000 kms later the problem still exists. It was never corrected in the first place. Any suggestiions would be graetly appreciated.
