installing ecu

Well i just got my si ecu.I know u have to take off the 4 bolts to take the shield off but i dont want to mess up my car by just yanking the ecu from the harness.So my ? is how do u install it.

1. pull back passenger floor board carpet.
2. remove the 4 10mm nuts from the ECU shield
3. pull the ECU up off it is 4 mounting studs
4. unplug the three plugs on the left side of the ECU, there will be push tabs in the center of the three plugs
5. installation is the reverse of removal

well after you take shield off thers 3 plugs that plug in the ecu. unplug the three and plug in your new ecu that easy!!!

Junkyard is the best place to get an ECU. I got my PG7 at my local yard for $25. They are only ebay for 4x that sometimes.
