Help please w/2.3L H.O. or W-41
Well I have failed the E Check or emision controls in Ohio.
The problem seems to be the NO reading, or Nytrogen/oxegyn. I don't even know how to spell it. But I know the EGR valve, or system is used to lower the NO reading, and these cars (engines) were not equiped with one. The only thing that could replace this system is the evaporator canister. Has any one had a problem with these? Also can any one look at this pic. and see if theres has an electrical connection? I believe there is supposed to be a electrical connection, but can't find any wires that would go there. Thanks, CCRiley  well I can't figure out how to attach picture. Have to upload it some where.
