no gas? - 88 F150 300ci 4.9L 6 cyl
ok i know there is good spark. no gas. i tried flipping the switch to the front tank and still no gas. fuel pump is new and functioning and new filter. what can i do other than spraying starter fluid to get this truck to lite up? is there a way to force air through the injectors to ensure they are clean?

Dont know your ability on fuel injections...but, yes there is always a but, I myself would take it to a shop! If it starts with starter fluid I would lean to faulty fuel rail. But I'm not 100% on this. Please let me know what it was, when you find out.

Somewhere in the F.I. mess, there's a fuel shutoff in the Fuel rail. It's not opening. It needs +12 to pull up a solenoid valve. You are gonna need a book.

Buy or borrow a "noid" lite-under $10 .The ECM may not be firing the injectors.Check your fuel pressure-just because the pump runs dosn't mean that the regulator is good. Check all the connections in the battery area-grounds are important.Hope this helps.

fuel
There is a fuel cutoff switch on the lower part of the steering column. It shuts down the fuel supply in a accident. It could have been triggered. You can find the exact location in a owners manual or haynes manual.
