My truck runs great UNTIL it gets cooler weather like in the mornings. I had this problem last fall and winter but is MUCH worse this year. It runs like it is running on only 3 cylinderts or it is not getting gas! Where the truck gets warmed up hot it runs ok. I am going to try and replace the coolant temperature sensor but don't know where it is!! Help please or if anyone has had similar problems

Re: B2200 Runs ROUGH COLD! Where is Temp Sensor located??
it's in the radiator. plus, it's probably not that, although it could be i guess. Most mazda trucks have problems running while it's cold. Most seem to idle high though and that's because the carbs suck.

Re: B2200 Runs ROUGH COLD! Where is Temp Sensor located??
**no!!! its not just in the rad.. there are three of them. One is in the intake manifold, one is in the rad, and one is right before the thermostat in the engine..this being the one that fails most often. Although, the computer controlled backfeed carb relies on the one in the intake manifold,.that probably the one, and thats probably why it runs crappy. Replace it and see what happens.
