Question 74 Omega 350

Anybody own one? I'm restoring a rustbucket now. Also If anyone knows if they come with Posi-traction?

The Olds Omega is the X- body car. Its the same body as the Nova and Pontiac and Buick The Positrac unit from any one of the X-Body cars should work. If you can find the RPO code from your car for the differential, I can tell you what the gear ratio is of the 3rd member in your car now.
If you are going to race the car, a Ford 9 inch is the best route to go especially selecting the correct ratio. If you just want the features of the limited slip diff. the positraction is the way to go
