B2200 head gasket replacing(newbe)

well ive had this truck for less than one week and ive realized that im loosing coolant and its coming out of my tail pipe.(placed towel in front of the tail pipe and im seeing liquid spurting out and some white smoke after warm up. (smells awful) Going to do a head gasket job in one week and i need to get a parts list together. Ive seen the head gasket kits but no description of what is in it. what othe gaskets do i need besides the kit? Thinking about replacing timing belt and tensioner, any advice here? Also changing thermostat. do these gaskets go out in B2200's or could it be more like cracked cylinder or broken valve guide? poured bars stop leak (a whole bottle) didnt seem to do much for it.
