1998 Honda Accord EX Engine Splash Shield
My Honda front end bottomed out the other day on one of the many intersection dips in my town. The plastic engine splash shield detached on one side and was then dragged on the pavement a bit before I pulled it off.
I was wondering whether this splash shield is an essential item. What are the consequences of driving without it for a while? How much does one cost at a used car parts outfit? What would be the installation cost? Thanks, Potomac
