Audi A4 Quat brakes

I've decided to replace my brakes (rotors and pads) myself - I'm confident they are completely shot by the way the car brakes. I'm an engineer and cannot imagine it would be to difficult. Can anyone offer a simple checklist or an online resource that could tell me the sequence of steps.
