hi, im mainly from the s & d forum and i was sorta getting into graphic manip. i have read things on the internet and a few tutorials on chopin a car. i just want to know what program is used to do it? adobe? do you buy it or download or what?

hey good to see your getting in photochoppin
first, yes most of us use adobe photo shop,unless your willing to spend hundreds on it, your gonna have to download it on kazzaa or somthing like it.
