Re: Silver F1 "M66 PES" spotted in the UK

This one looks like it's exactly the same color as "R66 MCL". Nice job on the pics, chernobyl

Well there's three things that would almost prove we are dealing with two seperate cars in addition to that photo which shows them together of course. First is the plate, second is the headlights, and third is the steering wheel, which is not only finished with red on the bottom, but is actually a different style of wheel entirely. As for which car either of them are - your guess is as good as mine.

Thanks for the screengrabs - they are awesome!!

I've gotta get a copy of this video!

the only highlight of the DVD comes when Brundle is pushing the Mclaren on open roads.

Brundles, cool as a cucumber facade comes crashing down and you see how much respect he has for the F1 when it shuts him up

Any chance of a clip? Video's not available here. I am happy to host it if you can grab it.

That's very interesting information - thanks for sharing. Do you happen to have any photos of the car outisde of the ones we have already seen? Also, would you know what the chassis number of this specific McLaren F1 would be? Thanks in advance for any additional info you can share.

Don't know the chassis no. off the top of my head. I reckon its more of a metallic grey than silver if you see what I mean.

Used to see XP5 popping off to Chobham now and then not now it has replaced 065 at Park Lane See the odd SLR around but it is usuallly still camouflaged.

073 was by far the best example I have seen. Dissappointed I couldn't make it to the auction, although my best offer would have been about £659995 short...

Yeah, Woking itself. I know a couple of people Esher way. It's famous for having the highest average house price in the UK outside London. Which is nice.
