Cheap Mods
I have a 2002 neon RT. i wanna tweak it up a bit and get a few more horse. Nothings done to it yet, and I have no idea were to start! (first new car) Anyone have any suggestions?

start off with air filter and muffler, better yet, new intake manifold and cold air intake as well as a new exhaust system with headers and all that. but be careful of what exhaust you choose, some actually will give you less torque
