95 Civic EX catalytic removal
I have a mildly modified (*cough*) Civic, and my friend with a Jeep recently removed his catalytic and noticed some gains, and was wondering if it's practical to remove mine as well. I noticed no downstream o2 sensors past the cat, do any exist? Would hollowing the catalytic provide any noticable gains? Thanks.

Put a high-flow cat on it, you could get a nice big fine without a cat.

Re: 95 Civic EX catalytic removal
no cat would add a large gain but you would have to put it back on for emmisions and a lot of fumes would enter your car. there is no o2 sensor. Put on a straight pipe instead i like those better and you can get one from www.racingpipes.com for about 30 bucks
