Electrical wackiness with my 2002 Caravan.

I think my Caravan has a poltergeist!
When I turn the key to the on position, the windshield wipers (front and rear) start, all the gauges start moving, the interior lights flash on and off, etc. Needless to say, the car will not start or even attempt to turn over. There is some loud clicking coming from the fuse box next to the battery. Any ideas? I need help!

Re: Electrical wackiness with my 2002 Caravan.

Alright,
I think I figured it out. I called the dealer and they said that the battery was "msotly dead" and that the car was trying to suck juice from anywhere it could to operate, thuis causing the weird electrical stuff. He assured me that a new battery would fix it right up.
