crazayjay - nah didn't watch it in a pub. Was pretty farked from 8 hours at new job so had a few mates over to watch it.

they showed the game three times on ITV (which includes highlights etc)

Some papers were saying the next 1966 ???? NO IT ISN'T THE NEXT 1966 is WHEN ENGLAND NEXT WINS THE FOOTBALL WORLD CUP!

I didnt either... was out getting lashed til 6am on friday night so i dont know how i figured id be able to wake up by 9am kickoff.... i did wake up in time to catch the last few minutes of normal time, just when australia equalised, forcing the game into ET. Great timing or what!

Sounds good. Rest of the game was a bit average. You got the good bit. Saw some SHATTERED Pommy fns walking through the city on Sunday morning. Still celebrating, but I suspected not for much longer. More blood than pupil in the eyes.
