any southern california or Arizona people familiar with I-10?
In California heading east to Arizona on route 10 there is a prison on the right side of the highway I believe. You can see the lights of the prison for miles before you come to it. There are lots of signs stating not to pick up hitchhikers. It is really out in the middle of nowhere.
Can anyone help me on this one, I'd like to know what the name of it is.
