96 Air Vents
When all vents off, does cold air rush in at highway speeds? I had air cond work this summer, now weather is cooler (30) passenger feet freeze with vents off. Told by dealer this is "normal". Never noticed it other winters, is this true for other Explorers? - thanks Jim
