93 Miata For sale W/ 27k mi for 3500$

Im looking at a 1993 Mazda Miata thats for sale. It has only 27,000 miles on it and is in very good condition. The guy is asking 3500 for it and I cant really bargian with him because its my freinds dad. All in all the car is in great condition. The body is flawless with not one nic or ding anywhere on the paint. The guy put four new tires on the car and had the mechanical areas checked (brakes, engine, suspension), which are all in top shape. There are a few problems with this car however.

CONS
1. The drivers side window is inopperebale.(Motor is fine but linkage is screwed up somehow)
2. The rear plastic window has a few slits in it and must be replaced.
3. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!!
4. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!(Never came with it)
5. Im 6'7'' and plan to drive this car for a while, (is this a problem?).
6. The battery has gone bad and I have to replace it.

PROS
1. ONLY 27,000 MILES!!!!!(Second owner which is my best freind's pops)
2. 4 Brand spanking new tires, (rubber stuby things still on tires).
3. Maintenece all 100% kept, with everything checked recently.
4. Price = 3,500$

OK, Really sorry for the long post, but my question to you is:
Do you think I should buy this car? Give me your opinion PLEASE!!!!!!!
ITs either a 3500 miata - free 91 ford taurus - or 89 150K honda Accord
PLEASE RESPOND WITH ANYTHING YOU'VE GOT
I need your help

is there even a question?? GET IT! the top having a few breaks in it is pretty common since it is plastic. forget the air, its a convertible! i tell ya what, if a Spec Miata racer found that it would be gone in a heartbeat!

I think the overwhelming criteria here is "daily driver", right? I am 5'9" and own a '99. I sit with the seat all the way back and I consider it inconvienient to see traffic signals with the top up. I think maybe a 6 footer could still drive it well, but a 6'7" dude? I don't think so. Have you actually taken it for a test drive? And I don't know where you live but, at least my Miata, gets damn hot in the summer, I live in central Florida, and could not think of owning an A/C less vehicle, convertible or not. Honda's last a long time, like Toyota's, but the mileage is waaay up there to be reliable as a daily driver. Ford isn't too bad, nor too good, but it's free....

Buy it, but figure you'll need to put in a different driver's seat. We have fit people as tall as 6'5" in my Miata, and since come up with a slight change in the roll cage design to put the seat further back if needed, but with the stock seats I have a tough time driving them, and I'm only 6'1"
