What does this mean?
What does it mean to port/polish heads, etc. How much HP would I gain by swapping piston rings?

piston rings = 0hp unless yours are currently bad you can restore stock power but its not like that is a mod to gain power or anything. port/polish is just opening up the air passages and making everything smoother and flow better.
