Angry turbo problem

I have a 91 300 twin turbo.
the turbos worked off and on a couple of times, and now wont work at all, is there a relay of any sort that controls the turbo?
Please helpppp.

i would suggest joining 300zxclub.com. your questions get asked much quicker because all of the people are decicated to only 300zxs instead of every car ever made.
