Fender Flares
does anyone know if the newer larger fender flares from 2001and up fit on 1999-00 tacomas. and if so where can i get some?
Also does the 4runner hood on the older 99-00 4 runners fit on tacomas. I am looking for one with the scoop. anyone know if they do and where i could get one? |

The flares will fit. Get them from Toyota. The quality will be worth the extra cash. They fit perfectly and you should be able to get them wholesale on the net. Penn Toyota has a wholesale site or Lou Fusz Toyota here in St. Louis has a 1800 # and they also sell wholesale. As for the hood you are out of luck. The hood will fit but you also have to swap out the entire front fenders and grill to do so. I would recommend buying the 4Runner scoop hood and then cut the scoop out and transfer it to your hood. It is a lot of work for a non-functional scoop though in my opinion. I would spend the time and money elsewhere on the truck.
